A model early childhood center will open its doors today in Manly. Projectchild care is a joint project between the Northern Trails Area EducationAgency and several North Iowa Organizations. It marks the first A-E-A in thestate to help develop this type of center. Spokeswoman Beth Strike says the center acts on research that shows theearly years of a childs life is critical in development.Strike says the center will run during weekdays.
