Freshman center Carla Bennett poured in 21-points as Drake posted a 90-86 victory over ninth ranked Iowa State in womens basketball action last night in Des Moines. With the victory, Drake improved to 3-3 with the last five games coming against teams that played in the N-C-A-A tournament last year and coach Lisa Bluder says that tough schedule is paying off.Bluder says the Bulldogs showed they are better than their record.
