The federal government needs to walk a fine line in its effort to more closely regulate the Internet, according to Iowa Senator Chuck Grassley. President Clinton is expected to announce a plan today that’d create a national cyber security center to reduce hacker attacks. Grassley says he does NOT want to see too many restrictions on the World Wide Web.Grassley says examples of the growing “incivility” in America include everything from road rage cases to murders. He says computer hackers are also part of the incivility.Grassley says he applauds Clinton’s effort to try and find a solution to computer hacker attacks but would NOT support this specific plan.
