A Davenport man will make his first court appearance today in connection with his arrest in the dragging death of an Illinois State Trooper. 20-year-old Jonathon Posey was arrested Saturday. He faces two murder counts in connection with the death of Master Sergeant Stanley Talbot who was dragged more than four blocks to his death in Rock Island, Illinois, last month from a roadside safety checkpoint.
