There’s been a break in a long-unsolved double-murder case in Minnesota. An inmate at the Iowa State Prison in Fort Madison has reportedly confessed to the 1985 killings of two brothers during a burglary. Le Sueuer County Sheriff David Gliszinski says the admission by Virgil Lee Hutchinson puts the community at ease.Hutchinson has long been a suspect in the Minnesota slayings but authorities couldn’t pin the deaths on him. He’s currently serving time in Iowa for burglary. Hutchinson will be taken to Minnesota as soon as extradition can be arranged. Sheriff Gliszinski says a second suspect is being tracked down.The name of the second suspect has not been released. 72-year-old Harry Wondra and his 68-year-old brother, Clarence, were beaten to death in their rural Montgomery, Minnesota, farmhouse in August of 1985.
