A blast injured several members of a fire crew in eastern Iowa yesterday. An explosion sent five Davenport firefighters to the hospital Thursday afternoon. A rural barn had caught fire near the Interstate 80/280 intersection. The blast was caused by an overheated propane tank. None of the injuries is believed to be serious.
