A sophomore at William Penn University is under arrest and charged with attempted murder after a shooting incident on campus Monday. Police arrested 21-year-old Henry Johnson the third of Gary, Indiana, and he’s charged with attempted murder after he allegedly fired a handgun at another student Monday night in the courtyard outside a residence hall.
