The Iowa State Patrol has released the name of man arrested after fleeing when a trooper saw a gun in his car in a routine stop near Malcom Monday.The man was caught at the Co-op in Malcom and identified as Toby Bright, an escapee from the Fort Des Moines work release center. He was serving time for burglary and terrorism convictions in Warren County. Troopers say they found cocaine on Bright and a stash of weapons and ammunition in his car.
