A Manchester man is jailed after allegedly giving marijuana to a pair of boys, one of whom needed medical attention. Police were called to the hospital last night where an unidentified male juvenile was having a bad reaction to smoking marijuana. Police searched a Manchester home and arrested 22-year-old Patrick Schenk (shank) on charges of pot possession, delivery of a controlled substance and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
