A man whose son died while working for Wells’ Dairy in Le Mars is suing the dairy.Donald Miller says his son breathed anhydrous ammonia while he was workingat the dairy in May 2001. Miller says the dairy did not properly label theammonia line, didn’t provide adequate training on the job’s hazards, didn’tprovide emergency respirators, and failed to conduct periodic inspections.
