Authorities have released the name of an eastern Iowa woman who was killed in a Friday crash. Authorities say 42-year-old Patricia Stone of Richland lost control of her vehicle and crashed near that town in a ditch off county road G-67. Stone was taken to a Signourney hospital where she died. She was the only person in the car and authorities say she was not wearing a seat belt.
