Union Pacific Railroad is forging a partnership with the U-S Customs Service, to fight terrorism. The Omaha-based railroad is the largest in the nation, and spokesman John Bromley says it’s a natural choice.Bromley says UP has worked with customs for years since it’s the major carrier of rail traffic between Mexico and the U.S. Bromley says the partnership’s intended to develop, enhance, and maintain effective security processes throughout the global supply chain.
