Counselors are on hand at Belmond-Klemme High School after a recent graduate died Tuesday in a car accident. School Superintendent Bill Maske says they want to help those dealing with the death of 18-year-old Anthony Berns. He says they’re trying to provide a place for people to gather to talk about Berns’ death. Maske says the counselors will be available at the school through Friday.Berns died Tuesday morning when his car rolled and he was ejected from the vehicle north of Rowan. Berns graduated from Belmond-Klemme May 18th.
