A Waterloo man is under arrest in connection with a fatal motorcycle accident last month. 29-year-old Aundrey Roberts was taken into custody by Waterloo police last night. Roberts is being charged with homicide by vehicle for a motorcycle crash that killed his passenger, 28-year-old Regina Foy — also of Waterloo. Police say, on July 21st, Roberts was fleeing from officers who were trying to stop him for speeding. Roberts lost control of the motorcycle in a residential area of Waterloo. Foy died at the scene. Roberts was arrested on misdemeanor charges days after the accident, but he was released on a 30-thousand dollar bond while police continued their investigation. Roberts now faces up to 10 years in prison if found guilty of homicide by vehicle.
