Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton is on day three of a four-day campaign swing through Iowa. On Sunday, Clinton was challenged by a man in New Hampton who criticized her vote for a U.S. Senate resolution that labels the Iranian Revolutionary Guard a terrorist group.

"I also was the first person to go to the floor of the senate back in February of this year and (say) very clearly that President Bush did not have any authority whatsoever to launch an attack on Iran," Clinton told the man. This morning in Cedar Rapids, Clinton is delivering a speech outlining her proposals to ensure the nation’s "economic prosperity."

On Sunday, Clinton told an audience in Anamosa that the Bush Administration’s borrowing from countries like China, Japan and Korea to finance the war in Iraq has weakened America. "That makes it more difficult for the United States to make the kind of tough decisions we should make vis a vis China," Clinton said. "Everybody knows China manipulates its currency and we need to get tougher, but how do you get tough on your banker?"

Clinton is making stops in Cedar Rapids, Marshalltown, Boone and Ames today on what the campaign has dubbed her "Middle Class Express" bus tour. As you may recall, her husband and his runningmate Al Gore made a bus tour the centerpiece of their 1992 fall campaign.
