An Iowa City psychologist is facing charges after child pornography was allegedly found on his computer. Iowa City police says a local computer business contacted them Tuesday after discovering what was believed to be child porn on a customer’s computer.
Police obtained a search warrant and seized the computer that is owned by 59-year-old Howard Isaac Weinberg of Iowa City. Weinberg is a psychologist with an office in Iowa City. Police say they found images of children under the age of five engaged in sex acts on the computer and charge Weinberg with sexual exploitation of a minor.
