Drake closed out its home season with a 64-60 victory over Southern Illinois Wednesday night in Missouri Valley conference action in the Knapp center. The Bulldogs used an 11-2 run to open the second half to take the lead for good. Armand LeVasseur led Drake with 18-points, including four three pointers, even though he was questionable for the game after suffering a concussion in Saturday night’s loss at Indiana State. Joey Gaw added 12-points and Dontay Harris ten as the Bulldogs close out their home season 9-5. They stand 5-11 in the Valley, 10-14 overall.
