(Des Moines) Des Moines police have charged a suspect with the firstmurder of the year. Cindy Zapp of Malcolm is accused of killing 65-year old Donald Barloon of Des Moines. Barloon was found dead in his home onThursday. Zapp was caught driving the victim’s station wagon. She’s theonly suspect… but police say they’ll continue to investigate.
