Fall by underage drinker costs bar license

The Council Bluffs city council has suspended theliquor license of a bar where an underage drinker fell out of a second storywindow. Edibles and Spirits will lose its license for six months. Thepunishment falls short of the council’s original plan to revoke the owner’slicense for two years and close the bar for a year. The owner will alsohave to pay a 10-thousand dollar fine.
