Steve Forbes back in Iowa

Republican presidential hopeful Steve Forbes has toldIowa Republicans their national leaders have failed in their publicrelations. Forbes says Republicans in Washington have handled theimpeachment of President Clinton poorly. And he says witnesses are crucialto the trial to complete the record. Forbes is spending his own money on radio ads supporting Iowaconstitutional amendments limiting the Governor’s taxing and spendingauthority. He says he will announce his candidacy for the White House in thenext two weeks.
