The Iowa Democrat Party has a new chairman: Rob Tully ran againstCongressman Jim Nussle in the 1998 election and has law offices in Dubuqueand Des Moines. Tully, who’s 43, was unanimously elected to the party jobby the democratic party’s central committee at its Saturday meeting.
