Vilsack sends condolences to Colorado

Iowa’s Governor and his wife have sent trees to the school where yesterday’smassacre took place. Vilsack says Colorado residents were very helpful inthe recent search for an Iowa family whose plane crashed. Governor Vilsacksays Iowa schools may want to review their policies to tryto avoid tragedies like this. Vilsack says putting juvenile court liasonofficers in every Iowa junior high — a goal which has been endorsed bylegislators — may go a long way in helping troubled kids before they becomedangerous.
