Another man charged in Clarke County murder

A second man has been charged with first degree murder in connection withlast month’s discovery of a human skeleton in Clarke county. Martin Moon aninmate in Tennesse is charged in the death of Kevin Dixon. Clarke county attorney Norman Lloyd is working to extradite Moon back toIowa. Casey Broadsack is already in the Union county jail on the charge.Lloyd says more charges could be coming.
