Iowa Masters moves tourney date

One of the state’s historic golf tournaments is going through a change,again, this year. The 62nd annual Iowa Masters will be held a week earlierso it won’t conflict with the U-S Senior Open in Des Moines. Event co-chairJohn Nervig says despite the date change they expect a full field.Nervig says the tournament won’t see any other changes.The tournament will be held July second through the fourth at Iowa StateUniversity’s Veenker golf course.
