Newton Daycare Center On Probation

July 1, 1999 By admin

The daycare was started in 1992 and has run up a 400-thousand dollar debt. Fifty kids enrolled, full-time, at the center. Newton Superintendent Phil Hintz says even with the changes, the daycare may not be able to overcome all hurdles.
