Muscatine County residents are facing even more flooding after a levy brokeovernight. Muscatine Emergency Management director Jeff Carter says waterhas been rushing through the levy since 3 o’clock this morning.Carter says Emergency Management predicts the Cedar River will crest latenight or early tomorrow morning.Carter says some homes could be flooded, but most of the homes in the areaare cabins or elevated.Four miles of roads around the levy have been closed.
