ISU could see big enrollment increase

Iowa State University President Martin Jischke says projectionsshow four-thousand freshmen will enter the university this fall. Jischkesays that could push enrollment to its highest level in the last 10 years.Jischke says the university has focused on students whose families may beimpacted by the farm crisis.Last fall’s enrollment was 25-thousand-585 students. Final enrollmentfigures for this year won’t be known until after classes start August 23rd.
