Worth County attorney will let public decide his fate

The Worth County Attorney will let the voters decide whether he shouldcontinue as the county’s top lawyer. Chad Belville will resign September 24th, the same day he plans to pleadguilty to a drunk driving charge. He plans to run for re-election in aspecial election in October.
