Group sues to block egg-laying facility

Some Winnebago County residents are trying to keep an egg factory from beingbuilt in their area. The group has filed several lawsuits, including onetargeting county board of supervisors chairman Scott Helgeson. Golden Ovalof Minnesota wants to build the facility to house some seven-millionchickens. The group fears air and water quality will be damaged.
