Grassley upset by latest Waco developments

Iowa Senator Chuck Grassley says the release of a videotape from the seigeat the Branch Davidian compound in Waco heightens his concern about the1996 investigation of the incident. The tape reveals the F-B-I givingapproval for the use of incendiary devices against the Davidians.Grassley says the tape also sheds more doubt on the investigation of theWaco incident conducted by U-S Attorney General Janet Reno. Anotherdepartment will take over the second review. The 1993 seige left 80 peopledead after the Davidian compound burned to the ground. Grassley, arepublican, says he looks forward to participating in the Senate JudiciaryCommittee hearings on the Waco disaster. Grassley says he hopes thosehearings produce honest testimony from the FBI and the U-S JusticeDepartment.
