The Central-Simpson rivalry dates back to the early part of the century butin recent years this game has meant more than just bragging rights. Both teams are 2-0, Simpson is19th ranked nationally Central enters fourth ranked. Simpson coach JimWilliams calls it a big early test in the title chase.Williams says his young team needs to grow up in a hurry.Williams says as with any big game, turnovers play a major factor.Central coach Rich Kacmarynski (kak-muh-rin-skee) says it is too early to beconsidered the defining moment but it will be a big step for the winner.Kacmarynski says with both teams being young a defensive battle seemslikely.And he says like most games it will be decided up front.
