Iowa State quarterback Sage Rosenfels says with upsets happening every weekin college football, the Cyclones are confident they can compete with Texas.Rosenfels says failures in the red zone have hurt the Cyclones butpenalities have also been costly the last few weeks.Rosenfels says the major concerns about the Texas defense are speed in thesecondary and size up front.
