Body found in Osceola identified

November 17, 1999 By admin

Authorities have identified the teenager who was found dead in an Osceola park yesterday morning. The body of 16-year-old Christopher Axiotis was found face down in the park by two security officers for the riverboat under construction nearby. Police had trouble notifying his parents, and didn’t reveal the teen’s identity until last night. Osceola’s police chief says foul play is not suspected as there was no sign of a skuffle, but an autospy will be performed to find out how Axiotis died.
