Reward up for information in death of Britt woman

A reward for information in the death of a Britt woman has more than doubled. Britt Police Chief Blake Dietrich says a foundation established by the families of three slain women is adding five-thousand dollars to the reward in the Jackie Folkerts case.Folkerts was found stabbed to death in her Britt home January 25th. The contribution ups the reward in the case to 11-thousand dollars. Dietrich hopes someone will come forward with new information.Dave Mitchell, Folkerts’ uncle, believes the case can be solved with a little help.The foundation was formed by the families of three women slain last February in Yosemite National Park. It’s called the Carroll-Sund-Carrington Memorial Reward Foundation.
