RI basketball poll has two new number ones

There are a pair of new top ranked teams in the latest Radio Iowa high school basketball poll. North Cedar moves to the top in class 2-A this week after previsouly top ranked Pella Christian lost to 3-A rated Pella last week. North Polk is second, Pella Christian third, West Branch fourth and Audubon fifth. Lynnville-Sully is top ranked in 1-A, replacing Newell Fonda which fell from the unbeaten ranks last week. Elkorn Kimbalton is second followed by HLV of Victor, Newell Fonda and Boyden Hull. The other top ranked teams remain the same. Urbandale is top ranked in 4-A. West Des Moines Dowling is second followed by Cedar Falls, Davenport Central and Johnston. West Delaware leads in 3-A then its Davenpoort Assumption, Webster City, Lemars and Forest City.
