Federal investigators have released a report on a deadly 1998 Iowa plane crash — but the report is inconclusive. The NTSB says the pilot of the plane that crashed in Chickasaw County during a thunderstorm knew about the poor weather conditions before taking off, but doesn’t come out & blame pilot error. Three people were killed in the crash. The plane was headed from Minneapolis to Janesville, Wisconsin.
