Latham says review vaccine policy

A Congressional committee wants the U-S military to stop forcing soldiers to be vaccinated against the biological agent anthrax. The committee says the military is trying to do the right thing but is being too broad in its response to the threat of an anthrax attack. Iowa Congressman Tom Latham, a republican from Alexander, says the vaccine guidelines should be reviewed.A report says the scientific basis for giving the vaccine is shaky.
