April 25, 2000 By admin

An eastern Iowa woman is in custody for allegedly selling crack cocaine from her hospital room. 20-year-old Bonnie Herr of Cedar Rapids is charged after selling the drug to an undercover drug agent just nine hours after giving birth. Police say the sale was set up before Herr went into labor and she followed up after having the baby.
