A sheriff’s race in northeast Iowa remains undecided. Officials say there are too many contested ballots and absentee ballots still out to decide the Clayton County Sheriff’s race. Sixty absentee ballots are unaccounted for, and another 23 ballots cast yesterday have been challenged.
