A 24-year-old Waterloo man who played football for Iowa State was shot and wounded early Sunday morning in Waterloo. Scott Fenzloff reports.Police says DeCarlos Anderson was shot in the leg. He was taken to a local hospital. No arrests have been made. Anderson was a running back at Waterloo West High, then joined the Iowa State football team as a walk-on. He played fullback and tailback for the Cyclones in 1999.
