Jesse Wendelsdorf to face perjury hearing

March 5, 2001 By admin

A hearing is slated for Wednesday for acquitted child killer Jesse Wendelsdorf, who’s now trying to beat a perjury rap. Wendelsdorf was found NOT guilty last summer in the death of two-year-old Shelby Duis of Spirit Lake, the daughter of his former live-in girlfriend. He was later charged with perjury after admitting making a false statement on the stand about how he arrived at the courthouse.
