A trial date is now set for a Monticello man accused of providing alcohol to a Cedar County teen who fell to his death after a night of drinking. 21-year-old Michael Schepers is charged with providing alcohol to 18-year-old Zachary Kramer of Tipton. Kramer fell 15 feet to his death from an apartment complex fire escape last November. Schepers also is accused of giving four other minors alcohol the same night. He pleaded not guilty and goes to trial on July 16th.
