Davenport man arrested on complaints of foot fetish

A 50-year-old Davenport man apparently likes women’s feet, A lot!Police arrested Hubert Evans for assaulting and harassing four women in May. Cops say he followed the women through stores and tried to touch their feet. One of the victims said Evans told her had a foot fetish, then he dropped to the floor, took off her shoe and began rubbing her foot.
