Man sentenced for sex with Davenport minor

A Nebraska man is headed to prison for his improper relationship with an eastern Iowa girl.A 32-year-old Omaha man is sentenced for sexually abusing a 15-year-old Davenport girl he met on the Internet. A Scott County judge sentenced Thomas Sokolik to two ten-year terms to be served concurrently. Sokolik met the girl in a chat room and drove to Davenport twice to engage in sex acts with her. He pleaded guilty to felony charges in early June.
