Police have new information in the search for a missing Cresco woman and her young daughter. Authorities believe 25-year-old Angela Hyke of Cresco and her eight-year-old daughter, Ashley Lucas, may be with a wanted man from Kansas. Authorities say 24-year old Clay Irwin Thomas worked for a carnival that passed through Cresco. Thomas is wanted in Kansas on an escape from custody warrant. Hyke and her daughter were last seen a week ago Sunday by family members in Cresco. Hyke’s aunt, Karen Hyke, says the wait has been tough.Cresco police are asking anyone with any information on the case to call their office.
