Wisconsin officials are using the recent arrest of an Iowa lawyer to highlight the crackdown against adults who use the Internet to prey on children.Fifty-seven-year-old Robert Gottschald was arrested in Wisconsin last weekend, charged with using the Internet to set up a rendezvous with what he thought was a 15-year-old girl. She was really an undercover cop. The Wisconsin Department of Justice has begun airing public service announcements on the radio about the arrest.Gottschald is from Indianola.
