Kyle Kostelecky, assistant professor of family services at the University of Northern Iowa, says family rituals help keep families together.Kostelecky recommends family members try to mix both quality time and quantity time.He says it’s important to set differences aside and put family first.Kostelecky says family fun doesn’t require a family vacation. It only takes a little creativity and effort.
