Congressman Leonard Boswell says it’s time to put the federal government in charge of airport security. Boswell says there never will be “absolute security.”Boswell is a member of the House Transportation Committee, which will convene tomorrow morning to discuss security measures at airports. Boswell says his colleagues are also starting to talk about a bailout of the airline industry. He says the industry can’t be allowed to fail.Boswell, who flew helicopters in the military, says no matter how long he ponders the situation, he can’t understand why the terrorists struck civilians.
