Congressman expects historic speech from President

Congressman Tom Latham expects to witness history tonight when President Bush speaks to a joint session of the U-S House and Senate. He says the President will lay out to the American people what we’re facing and what it will take to win the war.Latham cautions Iowans to be patient.Latham says it’s important to find out who is behind the terrorist attacks before we seek retribution. Even if suspected mastermind Osama bin Laden were turned over today, Latham says the war would continue because there is more than one enemy.
