A Cedar Falls man is charged with child endangerment after a child was found wrapped up in a phone cord. Cedar Falls police were called out on a report of a baby being left crying for a long period of time. Officers found the eight-month-old boy wrapped in the phone cord and his caretaker, 42-year-old Clare Clark, unconscious on a couch. Authorities believe the baby wrapped itself in the cord, but was not injured. Clark was arrested and charged with child endangerment.
